Hotel Torre Sant'Angelo - Forio (Isola d'Ischia)

I almost wanted to love this place, but the spa was a complete disapointment, with a cold wet sauna and lukewarm dry one, not to mention the rude air conditioning during the night. Woudl it have killed them to offer a complimentary gesture for such inconvience? Guess not.

Stunning and brilliant position, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place.

The continental breakfast with WELL PRESENTED food, great restaurant. A newly furnished and extremely spacious room with the view on sea. Stunning location, 30 minutes walk from Cava Grado beach.

The views of sant'angelo were fine, and the location is perfect-just a short walk to the famous sorgeto hot springs. The dining experience was very nice, with delicious food made from local ingredients. We also loved the nice pool area with a spa for massages.

The rooms are newly furnished and impeccably clean and the continental breakfast offered has variety of dishes. Its location is beautiful and great, close to Sorgeto Hot Spring Bay. The service is top-notch, includes free parking.

Straight talk, worth it or not?

Excellent service. The views from our room were amazing, and the outdoor pools offered a fantastic way to relax at any time.

Limited shuttle services made exploring a bit tricky. Air conditioning issues left us uncomfortably hot during the nights.

The stuff is very friendly and helpfull. They offer to drive you to up of the street (bus stop), because it is quite far from the hotel.

The hotel should give some money to housekeeping outside - swimming pool, place around the swimming pool.

Perfect personnel and stunning and particularly good location in the other hand the bus stop is far away. Near to Sorgeto beach which was especially beautiful early in the morning, bus stops and the taxi...

Inconsistent air conditioning during warmer nights!!! Limited shuttle services can make getting around a hassle!!! Rocky beach access is disappointing for seaside lovers!!! Maintenance noise can disrupt your relaxation experience!!!

The typical hotel with the best years behind : dirty swimming pool, staff doesn't have real care, far way from main road and village, not located in St. Angelo, the hotel presentation on thier web pages much better than reallity. I don't recommend this hotel, pay more for btter hotel to enjoy your holidays..

The propieter, Rosa, was so accomodating to her guests. No request went unattended. The views from the breakfast/dinning room are breathtaking. We had dinner in site our first day in and it rivaled most "must-do" restaurents or trattorias.

This is not a problem with the hotel as much as it is a reminder that the access road to the hotel is challenging. While Europeans are likely accustomed to cart path-like roads, it took nerves of steel to venter the road after dark.

I had such a lovely stay, enjoying the relaxing infinity pool and soothing massages in the spa. The views are absolutely breathtaking, what a perfect spot to unwind! Just be aware, the restaurant's dinner prices are a bit high, but the food is definitely worth it. 😍

Torre Sant'Angelo have a wonderful wiev over the Sorgeto bay. The Staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice.
